The Central Illinois Rural Coalition on Development (CI-RCD) is an organization of leaders from rural communities within Central Illinois. The RCD provides opportunities for rural leaders to build meaningful, trusted relationships and introduce local communities to valuable rural resources. We advocate for rural central Illinois and foster partnerships among all participants working to improve the region.
