Mission


Our mission is to provide a mechanism enabling communication and interpersonal networking among rural communities in Central Illinois.

CI-RCD is a community membership driven organization that provides the mechanisms to accomplish the above stated mission. CI-RCD proactively advances our mission in support of the mutual benefit of each community.

CI-RCD will strive to strengthen and enhance economic opportunities, the quality of life and governmental influence for each individual community as well as the region.
